How is the TIH Community constituted?

A broad cross-section of organisations from across the traffic and travel industry are involved.

  • TIH Community
    • The TIH Community is an open and independent association that promotes the widespread exchange of travel information between organisations.
  • TIH Executive
    • The TIH Exec comprises active representatives of the TIH Community who are responsible for coordinating and managing the activities of the TIH Working Groups and for ensuring that the TIH Community’s needs and requirements continue to be met.
  • TIH Secretariat
    • The TIH Secretariat provides administrative support to the TIH Executive.
  • TIH Working Groups
    • In order to identify what best practices are most appropriate to meet the needs of the TIH community and therefore to be adopted as TIH Principles, TIH Working Groups (WGs) have been established. Each WG provides technical and business support to the TIH Community and the Executive in specific areas of interest.

Each WG comprises experts in relevant areas cooperating on a voluntary basis to address issues of relevance and interest to the TIH Community.
